GENERAL PROVISIONS
§19-42-13 Responsibility for repair of damage to state property. Any person
responsible for damage to state property shall make repairs in accordance with
state specifications. Failure to do so shall result in the State effecting the repairs at
the expense of the responsible party or parties. [Eff 5/20/82; am and comp
