May I please confirm that item 8 does NOT require reporting of transactions where the buyer (and the former
target) are no longer within the reporting person.
Section 8 refers to revenue that would be reported in Item 5; but Item 5 requires only reporting of “entities
included within the person filing notification at the time the Form is prepared.”
