797 Red Mountain Greenway Park

Ala. Admin. Code r. 797-X-5-.01 Disclaimer of Liability

Red Mountain Park shall not be responsible for any accident or injury to any person while on park property or when using any park facility. Any person coming within the park or using a park facility shall by such entrance or use waive any claim against the Commission or its agents for any accident or injury occurring while on or within Red Mountain Park.
