635 State of Alabama Optometric Scholarship Awards Board

Ala. Admin. Code r. 635-X-12-.01 Penalties Of Breach Of Loan Contract

The Board shall follow the procedure stipulated in Code of Ala. 1975,§ 34-22-64, in the event a loan recipient does not adhere to the terms of the contractual agreement he/she signed when accepting the loan. (635-X-5-.01)

Ala. Admin. Code r. 635-X-12-.02 Delinquent Accounts Report

The Executive Secretary shall report to the Board on all delinquent accounts at each meeting. The Board shall approve any action to be taken to bring a delinquent account up to date.

Ala. Admin. Code r. 635-X-12-.03 Executive Committee's Responsibility

The executive committee will be responsible for initiating action approved by the Board concerning delinquent accounts.
