282 Alabama Board of Examiners for Dietetics/Nutrition Practice

Ala. Admin. Code r. 282-X-13-.01 Hearings

If requested in writing within ten days of receipt of notice of revocation, suspension or denial of licensure, a hearing shall be provided in which the applicant may show cause why the license should not be denied, suspended or revoked.
