135 Alabama Board of Assisted Living Administrators

Ala. Admin. Code r. 135-X-1-.01 Source Of Authority, Title, Short Title

(1) The following rules and regulations are hereby made, declared, and promulgated by the Board of Examiners of Assisted Living Administrators of the State of Alabama under the authority of and pursuant to Act 1057 of the 2001 Acts of Alabama, which is codified as Section 34-2A-1 to 34-2A-16 of the Code of Ala. 1975.

(2) These rules and regulations shall be known as “The Rules of the Board of Examiners of Assisted Living Administrators” and may be cited as such.

(3) The Rules of the Board of Examiners of Assisted Living Administrators may be referred to or cited as: REAA. For example, this section may be cited as thus REAA Rule No.135-X-1-.01 paragraph (3).
