LITIGATION
Whereas the Hon. David L. Evans desires to terminate his service as the pretrial judge in the
above referenced matter and the Panel on Multi-District Litigation has decided to assign the Hon.
R.H. Wallace, Senior District Judge as a pretrial judge with case specific responsibilities for the
48th District Court of Tarrant County.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT:
1. 	The assignment of the Hon. David L. Evans as a pretrial judge is hereby terminated.
2. 	The Hon. R. H. Wallace is hereby assigned to serve as one of the three pretrial judges
with case specific responsibilities for those cases assigned to the 48th District Court of
Tarrant County.
3. 	It is further provided, that the three pretrial judges may exchange benches and sit for
each other on case specific matters pending in any of the three pretrial courts.
