opinion and judgment in this case; REVERSE the trial court’s order granting Perfecto Trejo-
Rubio’s request for habeas relief; RENDER judgment denying Trejo-Rubio’s habeas application;
and REINSTATE the information charging Trejo-Rubio with the misdemeanor offense of criminal
trespass.
