IN RE: ASSIGNMENT OF JUSTICE FOR MULTI-CASE MANAGEMENT
All Excessive Tax Cases in Newport and Washington Counties are assigned to
Associate Justice Richard A. Licht not only for purposes of presiding over individual trials
but for purposes of management, supervision, scheduling, motions and dispositions.
Mr. Justice Licht is empowered to issue special orders for the efficient
administration of these cases.
