671 MISCELLANEOUS SUPREME COURT DISPOSITIONS (237 P3d 825) CERTIFIED QUESTIONS, CERTIFIED APPEALS, MANDAMUS PROCEEDINGS, AND OTHER MATTERS August 9, 2010 Doe v. Corp. of Presiding Bishop (S058601)(S058634)(alternative writ of manda- mus). This matter is before the court on a mandamus petition filed by Intervenors-Relators Oregonian, et al., in case number S058601 and a man- damus petition filed by Defendants-Relators Boy Scouts of America, et al., in case number 8058634. The court has consolidated these cases for proceed- ings before this court. Both petitions for alternative writ of mandamus are allowed. The mandamus petitions each request relief that is in conflict with that sought in the other mandamus petition. Consequently, the court deter- mines that the alternative writ of mandamus should be issued in a form that is intended to allow the circuit court to choose to grant the relief requested in one of the mandamus petitions and show cause for not granting the relief requested in the other mandamus petition or to show cause for not granting the relief requested in either of the mandamus petitions. Alternative writ issued. August 10, 2010 Alejandre-Mercado, Delfino v. Burger (S058648)(original habeas corpus proceed- ing). Order to show cause issued. Habeas petition dismissed as moot August 17,2010. August 18, 2010 Kloor v. West One Automotive Group, Inc., dba Hertz Auto Sales (8058709). Alternative writ of mandamus issued. Alternative writ of mandamus dismissed, see 349 Or 172.
