The record of this matter, the proposed Settlement Agreement (Agreement) and the Initial Decision issued by the Office of Administrative Law have been reviewed pursuant to N.J.A.C. 1:1-19.1.
Upon review, the Commissioner approves the terms of the Agreement and adopts the Initial Decision as the final decision in this matter. The case is hereby dismissed, subject to compliance with the terms of the Agreement.
