Opinion No. 159-78 (1978)

Dear Mr. Kirkpatrick:

In response to your letter of August 28, 1978, we have prepared the following ballot title for a constitutional amendment proposed by the initiative:

Provides that no person be deprived of the right to work for any employer because of membership or nonmembership in any labor organization or because of payment or nonpayment of charges to any labor organization.
