The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. MCR 7.203(A)(2). The July
13, 2026 order regarding respondent’s motion to remove guardian ad litem due to conflict of interest is
not a final order that is appealable by right under MCR 3.993(A). MCR 7.203(A)(2). Dismissal is without
prejudice to the filing of a late appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all
requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
