Christopher M. Murray, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
On the Court’s own motion, appellant’s motion for reconsideration is STRICKEN. On
March 17, 2026, appellant was notified that the motion was defective because the motion fee was not paid.
Appellant was also notified that he had 14 days from the date of this Court’s correspondence to cure the
defect and that the motion would be stricken if he failed to do so. The time for curing the defect has
passed with no response from appellant. This order is without prejudice to whatever other relief may be
available consistent with the court rules.
