On January 26, 2026, our office filed a Motion for Extension of Time to File
Stenographer’s Certificate. On January 29, 2026, at approximately 2:45PM, our office
received the District Court Preliminary Examination Transcript and the Circuit Court
Bind Over Form. As we have determined that there was no Pre-Exam held in the
Circuit court on May 20, 2024, the Motion filed on January 26 is Moot and should be
withdrawn.
