The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.
The delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED. Respondent-father is pursuing a
claim of appeal in Docket No. 379350, in which he challenges the December 19, 2025 and December 22,
2025 removal orders. In that claim of appeal, and as he has done in an appellant’s brief filed on March 2,
2026, respondent-father may raise issues pertaining to the December 19, 2025 and December 22, 2025
removal orders. This Court’s denial of the present application for leave to appeal shall not have preclusive
effect as to any issues raised in Docket No. 379350.
