The complaint for superintending control is DENIED. We note that, as in Docket No.
380623, this matter was opened despite the fact that plaintiff once again did not comply with the Court
Rules in filing this matter. We also find no merit to the complaint. As explained in this Court’s order in
Docket No. 380623, we caution plaintiff that continuing with such filings in this Court may lead to an
order deeming him a vexatious litigator and imposing filing restrictions or other sanctions under MCR
7.216(C).
