DEFENDANT-APPELLANT RAYMOND ALLEN’S MOTION
TO WITHDRAW MOTION
FOR AN ADDITIONAL 28-DAY EXTENSION OF TIME FOR FILING BRIEF
Defendant-Appellant Raymond Allen now comes, through counsel, to ask this
Court to withdraw his Motion For an Additional 28-day Extension of Time for Filing
the Brief, filed in this Court on June 3, 2026, and in support of this motion states
the following:
1. Appellate counsel filed the motion to extend time for an additional 28 days on
June 3, 2026.
2. Appellate counsel filed the motion prophylactically due to a heavy caseload.
3. Appellate counsel has completed the brief in this case before the prior
deadline, June 16, 2026.
4. Accordingly, appellate counsel asks this Court to allow withdrawal for the
motion filed June 3, 2026, as the motion is now moot.
