The application for leave to appeal is DISMISSED for failure to pursue the case in
conformity with the rules. MCR 7.201(B)(3) and 7.216(A)(10). The Clerk of this Court provided notice
regarding the nature of the defects in this filing, and the defects were not corrected in a timely manner by
providing this Court with a copy of the judgment of sentence, an application for leave to appeal
conforming to MCR 7.212(C), proof of service of a conforming application on appellee, a completed
motion to waive fees, and a copy of the required transcripts or a statement that the required transcripts
have been requested. Dismissal is without prejudice to whatever other relief may be available consistent
with the Court Rules.
The motion filed on April 15, 2026 is DENIED as moot because the April 22, 2026
extension date requested in that motion has passed.
The motion to waive fees is DISMISSED as moot.
