The motion for immediate consideration is DENIED.
The complaint for superintending control is GRANTED. Because plaintiff has
demonstrated that the trial court failed to comply with this Court’s previous order to resolve all outstanding
motions in the lower court case, see In re Bridges, unpublished order of the Court of Appeals, entered July
28, 2025 (Docket No. 374767), pursuant to MCR 7.206(D)(3) and MCR 7.216(A)(7), we order
peremptory relief. The Ingham Circuit Court is DIRECTED to enter a written order or orders resolving
plaintiff’s “motion for nunc pro order of the court”, which he filed in the trial court on December 16, 2024,
and resolving plaintiff’s motion to restore appellate rights, which he filed in the trial court on February 6,
2025, within 21 days of entry of this order and cause a copy of the order or orders to be served on plaintiff.
We do not retain jurisdiction. This order has immediate effect. MCR 7.215(F)(2).
