in this filing, and the defects were not corrected in a timely manner by providing this Court with the entry
fee of $375, the $200 fee for the motion for immediate consideration, and the $100 fee for the motion for
stay or a motion to waive fees; a copy of the judgment or order appealed from; a copy of the register of
actions; a copy of the transcript or evidence that the transcript has been ordered; proof of service on the
Berrien County Prosecutor that lists the method and address of service; and a copy of the trial court's
opinion and order on the motion for stay and a copy of the transcript of the hearing or a motion to waive
these requirements. Dismissal is without prejudice to whatever other relief may be available consistent
with the Court Rules.
