Stephen L. Borrello, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
The application is DISMISSED for failure to pay the outstanding fee in Docket No.
370105. MCL 600.2963(8) provides that a prisoner of the Department of Corrections who has failed to
pay outstanding fees under MCL 60.2963 shall not commence a new civil action or appeal until those fees
have been paid. No exception to MCL 600.2963(8) applies in this case. The Clerk of this Court informed
appellant of the outstanding fee on March 16, 2026, and requested payment of the fee within 21 days.
Appellant has yet to pay the fee. Accordingly, this action must be dismissed under MCL 600.2963(8).
