2026 order to appear. The June 22, 2026 order is not appealable by right. MCR 7.203(A)(2); MCR
3.993(A). Dismissal of the appeal as to that order is without prejudice to whatever other relief may be
available consistent with the court rules. The claim of appeal remains pending only from the June 10,
2026 order after removal hearing, which is appealable by right. MCR 7.203(A)(2); MCR 3.993(A)(1).
