On the Court’s own motion, the motion for reconsideration is STRICKEN. In a July 6,
2026 letter, respondent was notified that the motion was defective because it was not accompanied by a
proof of service. Respondent was also notified that if he did not cure the defect within 14 days of the date
of the letter, the motion would be stricken. Respondent did not timely cure the defect.
