The motion to waive fees is DENIED because appellant has not demonstrated that she is
unable to pay fees because of indigence.
Within 21 days of the Clerk’s certification of this order, appellant shall pay to the Clerk of
the Court the entry fee of $375 and the $200 fee for the motion to expedite. Failure to comply with this
order will result in the dismissal of the appeal and/or the striking of the motion to expedite.
