In lieu of granting leave to appeal, pursuant to MCR 7.205(E)(2), the August 12, 2025
judgment of sentence is VACATED IN PART, as the trial court erred in ordering defendant to pay court
costs and fines that were not included as part of his plea agreement. See People v Foster, 319 Mich App
365, 373-374; 901 NW2d 127 (2017), citing People v Morse, 480 Mich 1074; 744 NW2d 169 (2008). In
all other respects, the application for leave to appeal is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented.
