Court of Appeals, State of Michigan
ORDER
APRIL D BEYER V STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY
Docket No. 380665
LC No. 24-011797-CZ
Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The application for leave to appeal and motion to waive fees are DISMISSED for lack of
jurisdiction. To the extent the pleadings can be understood as seeking leave to appeal an order entered
May 8, 2026, no such written order had been entered at the time this application was filed. Because the
lower court had not entered an order before appellant filed the application, the application is premature.
MCR 7.203(B) and 7.205(A). To the extent appellant may be seeking leave to appeal orders that were
included with the pleadings filed in this Court, the latest of these orders were entered November 6, 2025.
So, as to those orders, the delayed application for leave to appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction
because appellant failed to file the application within six months of the date of entry for these orders as
required by MCR 7.205(A)(4)(a).
