ORDER
IN RE CITY OF DETROIT
Docket No. 381519
Christopher M. Murray
Presiding Judge
Mark T. Boonstra
Colleen A. O’Brien
Judges
The complaint seeking a writ of superintending control is dismissed, without prejudice, for
lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. See MCR 7.203(C)(1); Lapeer Co Clerk v Lapeer Circuit Judges, 465
Mich 559, 570-571 & n 8; 640 NW2d 567 (2002) (holding that “only” our Supreme Court has jurisdiction
over actions for superintending control that challenge a lower court’s “general practices”).
