Court of Appeals, State of Michigan
ORDER
NOUR SHAMMAA V MOHAMED AYOUBI
Docket No. 379862
LC No. 2017-859361-DM
Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The claim of appeal is DISMISSED IN PART for lack of jurisdiction. The postjudgment
order appealed from is a final order only to the extent that it denies a motion to award attorney fees. MCR
7.203(A)(1); MCR 7.202(6)(a)(iv). The claim of appeal is dismissed as to the remainder of the order,
including those portions regarding child support and spousal support. See MCR 7.202(6)(a)(iii).
Appellant may raise issues related to attorney fees in this appeal, but is precluded from raising issues
related to child support or spousal support. This dismissal is without prejudice to appellant filing an
application for leave to appeal raising any remaining issues, provided that the application is filed as a new
case, meets all requirements under the court rules, and is not time-barred. See MCR 7.205(A)(4).
