The motion to replace unsigned affidavit with signed and notarized copy is GRANTED.
The Clerk’s Office shall replace the unsigned copy of an affidavit from defendant provided with the
appellant’s brief and motion to remand (both filed on May 29, 2025) with the signed copy provided with
the present motion.
This order does not affect the denial of the motion to remand in this Court’s July 23, 2025
order. Rather, it allows for consideration of the signed and notarized copy of the affidavit by the case call
panel to whatever extent it considers necessary and appropriate.
