Sima G. Patel, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

On the Court’s own motion, with regard to appellant’s motion for substitution of court
reporter and to expedite transcript production, court reporter Rebecca Russell-Ulman has now advised the
Court of Appeals that she cannot function as the substitute court reporter for Angela Little and, therefore,
will not be able to produce the transcripts in this matter. In light of this information, this Court’s order,
entered on November 5, 2025, which granted court reporter Russell-Ulman an extension of time to
produce the transcripts to January 12, 2026, is VACATED. Because it appears that court reporter Angela
Little is unable to produce the transcripts in this matter, appellant is directed to file her motion for
substitute court reporter in the Macomb Circuit Court within 14 days of this order. The Macomb Circuit
Court is responsible for reassigning these transcripts to a substitute court reporter. Appellant is further
directed to advise this Court as soon as possible as to the name of the substitute court reporter and how
quickly he/she can produce the transcripts which were ordered from court reporter Angela Little on May
7, 2025, over six months ago.
