Court of Appeals, State of Michigan
ORDER
AFRAH MOUSA-MOHAMAED SALEH V KHALED MOUSA-ABUBAKER ABUBAKER
Docket No. 381574
LC No. 25-107963-DM
Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. MCR 7.203(A)(1). Neither
the July 8, 2026 order, nor the June 22, 2026 order, is a final order as defined in MCR 7.202(6)(a)(i)
because neither order disposes of all the claims of all of the parties under MCR 7.202(6)(a)(i). The
complaint for divorce remains pending in the trial court. Nor is the July 8, 2026 order a postjudgment
order awarding or denying attorney fees. Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a late appeal under
MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-
barred.
The motion for leave to file a supplemental appendix is DENIED AS MOOT because this
Court lacks jurisdiction.
