The complaint for superintending control is DENIED AS MOOT. Defendant’s complaint
asks this Court to compel the trial court to resolve a motion for relief from judgment in light of an order
of this Court remanding for reconsideration of the motion. See People v Brown, unpublished order of the
Court of Appeals, entered March 9, 2023 (Docket No. 363234). On November 26, 2025, the trial court
entered an order adjudicating the motion for relief from judgment at issue. Accordingly, this complaint
is moot.
