ORDER
RICHARD BISIO V THE CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF CLARKSTON
Docket No. 378451
LC No. 2025-214780-AA
Stephen L. Borrello, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. MCR 7.203(A)(1). The
November 6, 2025 order is not a final order as defined in MCR 7.202(6)(a)(i) because it does not dispose
of all the claims and adjudicate the rights and liabilities of all the parties given that the trial court has
remanded to the Bureau of Elections and retained jurisdiction. See Rooyakker & Sitz, PLLC v Plante &
Moran, PLLC, 276 Mich App 146, 148 n 1; 742 NW2d 409 (2007). The application for leave to appeal
in Docket No. 378452 remains pending.
