Appellant’s motion requesting permission to file supplement to motion to extend time to
file brief is GRANTED.
The motion to extend time to file appellant's brief is GRANTED until January 2, 2026.
This extension is granted solely pursuant to this Court’s established practice of allowing a 56-day standard
extension on motion for filing an appellant’s brief in an appeal subject to the general briefing deadlines
(here with a slight additional extension due to the New Year holidays). See Clerk’s Office Internal
Operating Procedure 7.212(A)(1)-2. Thus, this order should not be taken as considering whether or to
what extent the content of the November 4, 2025 hearing should properly be considered in the context of
the present appeal.
