October 13, 2025 order is not a final order as defined in MCR 7.202(6)(a)(i) because it did not dispose of
the claims against the Michigan Automobile Insurance Placement Facility and Michigan Assigned Claims
Plan, which were resolved on October 14, 2025. Dismissal is without prejudice to appellant challenging
the October 13, 2025 nonfinal order in its appeal from the final order in Docket No. 378035.
