It is therefore ORDERED that the Magistrate Judge's Memorandum and Recommendation
is hereby ADOPTED by this Court.
It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff, Angelic Setchell's Motion to Reinstate Case (Dkt. 34)
is DENIED.
