RAFAEL ARNOLDO FUENTES-MARQUEZ

REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION |
CONCERNING PLEA OF GUILTY |

RAFAEL ARNOLDO FUENTES-MARQUEZ, by consent, under authority of United States v.

Dees, 125 F.3d 261 (Sth Cir. 1997), has appeared before me pursuant to Fed. R. Crim.P. 11, and has entered

a plea of guilty to the Count 1 of the 1-Count Indictment, filed on April 22, 2025. After cautioning and |

examining Defendant Rafael Arnoldo Fuentes-Marquez under oath concerning each of the subjects

mentioned in Rule 11, I determined that the guilty plea was knowledgeable and voluntary and that the |

offense charged is supported by an independent basis in fact containing each of the essential elements of

such offense. I therefore recommend that the plea of guilty be accepted, and that Defendant A Rafael |
Arnoldo Fuentes-Marquez, be adjudged guilty of Illegal Reentry of After Removal from the United
States, in violation of 8 USC § 1326(a) and (b)(1), and have sentence imposed accordingly. After being

found guilty of the offense by the district judge. |
