UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Vv.

DOMINQUE JAWAAN HENDERSON

IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS
DALLAS DIVISION

CASE NO.: 3:24-CR-00149-B

Lr Lr Lr Lr

REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION
CONCERNING PLEA OF GUILTY

DOMINQUE JAWAAN HENDERSON, by consent, under authority of United States v. Dees, 125 F.3d 261 (Sth

Cir. 1997), has appeared before me pursuant to Fed. R. Crim.P. 11, and has entered a plea of guilty to Count(s) One of the
one-count Indictment filed April 16, 2024. After cautioning and examining DOMINQUE JAWAAN HENDERSON under
oath concerning each of the subjects mentioned in Rule 11, I determined that the guilty plea(s) was knowledgeable and
voluntary and that the offense(s) charged is supported by an independent basis in fact containing each of the essential
elements of such offense. I therefore recommend that the plea(s) of guilty be accepted, and that DOMINQUE JAWAAN
HENDERSON be adjudged guilty of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1)
and 924(a)(8), and have sentence imposed accordingly. After being found guilty of the offense by the district judge,
