ORDERED that a combined modified presentenee report be prepared and the draft shall be
filed by the Probation Offiee in CM/ECF using the Draft Presentenee Report event by February
28,2022. It is further
ORDERED that any objection to the presentenee report and notiee of intent to seek a
departure by either the Government or the Defendant shall be filed by eounsel in CM/ECF using
the Objections to Presentenee Report event by March 14, 2022. If counsel has no objeetions to
the presentenee report, counsel should indicate sueb by using the Notice of No Objeetions to
Presentenee Report event. It is further
ORDERED that all letters ofsupport shall be filed by cormsel in CM/ECF using the Sealed
Letter(s) of Support event by March 21, 2022. All letters of support shall be legibly seaimed as
one document and not seanned as separate documents. It is further
ORDERED that the final presentenee report shall be filed by the Probation Offiee in
CM/ECF using the Final Presentenee Report event by March 28, 2022. An addendum setting
forth any unresolved objeetions, the grounds for those objections, and the probation officer's
eomments on those objeetions shall also be filed in CM/ECF using the Addendum to Final
Presentenee Report event. It is further
ORDERED that any Sentencing Memorandum and Motion for Departure or Variance shall
be filed in CM/ECF by April 4,2022. It is further
ORDERED that the sentencing bearing and any neeessary evidentiary bearing regarding
senteneing shall be held on Monday, April 11, 2022 at 11 a.m., in the Courtroom of the U.S.
Courthouse in Pierre, South Dakota.
