The Plea Agreement states that the Government agrees to dismiss Counts Seven, Nine, Eleven, Thirteen, Fifteen, Seventeen, Nineteen, Twenty-One, Twenty-Three, Twenty-Five, Twenty-Seven, Twenty-Nine, and Thirty at sentencing. I determined that the guilty plea is knowledgeable and voluntary and that the offenses charged are supported by an independent basis in fact containing each of the essential elements of such offenses. A record was made of the proceeding, and a transcript has been requested. Case 4:25-cr-00147-DGK Document 23 Filed 03/25/26 Page 1 of 2
