or consolidated pretrial proceedings with sixteen actions
pending there. On June 14, 1981, the action which had been
pending in the Southern District of New York was transferred
to the Northern District of Illinois, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. EE R
§1404 (a). ATO Co
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the motion pursuant to 28 SL
U.S.C. §1407 for centralization of the actions listed on the Co
attached Schedule A be, and the same hereby is, DENIED as
moot. :
