ORDER
P resently before the Court is the Parties' Joint Stipulation to Suppl ement the R ecord
(Doc. 72) ( "Stipulation") filed October 9, 2026. Therein, the Parties stipulate and request that
the R ecord in this case be suppl emented by a letter written by D efendant and received by the
Court on September 20, 2024. A copy of the l etter is attached to the Stipulation. T he Court
finds that good cause has been shown.
Accordingly, for the purpose of completing the Record, the Court GRANTS the relief
requested in the Stipulation and ORDERS that the R ecord be supplemented as stipulated by
tl.1e Parties. F urther, the Clerk is DIRECTED to certify and forward the supplemented
R ecord to tl.1e United States Court of Appeals for tl.1e E leventh Circuit, as directed by Federal
Rule of Appellate P rocedure 10(e)(2).
