ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION
FOR PARTIAL STAY OF PROCEEDINGS
On November 13, 2013, the parties in the above-captioned dockets filed a joint motion
for a partial stay of proceedings. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the joint motion is
GRANTED, and that the deadline for the Movants' reply to the Government's September 30,
2013, Response is stayed pending the Court's resolution of the Movants' November 12, 2013,
Motion to Strike the Government's Ex Parte Response to Motions to Disclose Aggregate Data

Regarding FISA Orders.
It is further ORDERED that the Government's response to the Movants' Motion to Strike
the Government's Ex Parte Response to Motions to Disclose Aggregate Data Regarding FISA
Orders shall be filed on or before 5 p.m. on December 6, 2013, and Movants' reply with respect
to that motion shall be filed on or before 5 p.m. on December 20, 2013 .
