ORDER
By order dated March 5, 2025, Chief Circuit Judge Srinivasan dismissed a complaint filed
against a judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. On April 14,
2025, the complainant filed with the Judicial Council a petition for review of the order of
dismissal. Upon consideration thereof, it is
ORDERED, by the Judicial Council, that for the reasons set forth in the memorandum
accompanying the Chief Circuit Judge’s order, the disposition is affirmed and the petition for
review is denied pursuant to Rule 19(b)(1) of the Rules for Judicial-Conduct and Judicial-
Disability Proceedings.
