ORDER
By order dated March 19, 2021, Chief Circuit Judge Srinivasan dismissed a complaint
filed against a Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
On April 1, 2021, the complainant filed with the Judicial Council a petition for review of the
order of dismissal. Upon consideration thereof, it is
ORDERED, by the Judicial Council, that the Chief Circuit Judge’s disposition is affirmed
and the petition for review is denied pursuant to Rule 19(b)(1) of the Rules for Judicial-Conduct
and Judicial-Disability Proceedings.
