## ORDER

BEFORE:
Chief Judge Sentelle, Tatel, Garland, Brown, and Griffith, Circuit Judges;
Chief Judge Lamberth*, Howell, Wilkins, and Boasberg, District Judges.

By order dated December 21, 2012 Chief Judge Sentelle dismissed a complaint
filed against a Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. On
January 18, 2013, the complainant filed with the Judicial Council a petition for review of
the order of dismissal. Upon consideration thereof, it is

ORDERED, by the Judicial Council, that the Chief Judge's disposition is affirmed
and the petition for review is denied pursuant to Rule 19(b)(1) of the Rules for Judicial-
Conduct and Judicial-Disability Proceedings.
