IT IS ORDERED that the motion to correct typographical error is GRANTED. On page
8 of the slip opinion, in the last sentence of the first full paragraph, the word "defendants'" is
changed to "plaintiffs'." The full sentence shall read, "Thus, the logic of Weissman does not
excuse plaintiffs' obligation to exhaust SEC remedies before bringing suit in federal district
court."
