1 Local Rule 47.5 provides: "The publication of opinions
that have no precedential value and merely decide particular
cases on the basis of well-settled principles of law imposes
needless expense on the public and burdens on the legal
profession." Pursuant to that Rule, the Court has determined
that this opinion should not be published.
2
Before JOLLY, DUHÉ and BARKSDALE Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:1
The jury decided Appellant's personal injury case against him
and he appeals. He complains that the verdict is against the great
weight of the evidence and that, therefore, the district court
erred in not granting his motion for Judgment Notwithstanding The
Verdict. We have carefully examined the record and find that there
is ample evidence to support the jury verdict and that the district
court did not err in denying the motion.
AFFIRMED.
