PER CURIAM:
Andre King appeals the district court’s order denying his motion to reconsider the
denial of his motion to extend or reopen the period to note an appeal from the order denying
his 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (2018) petition. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible
error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. King v. Warden
McFadden, No. 1:14-cv -00091-JMC (D.S.C. Dec. 9, 2019). We dispense with oral
argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials
before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
